Kastle Kleen – Terms & Conditions

By signing up for service with Kastle Kleen, LLC (“Kastle Kleen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the Customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Services Provided

Kastle Kleen provides curbside trash and recycling bin cleaning services using high-temperature water to wash, sanitize, disinfect, and deodorize bins. Services are performed using a self-contained cleaning trailer.


2. Service Frequency & Minimum Commitments

  • Monthly Service (Every Month)
    Requires a
    minimum 3-month commitment.
  • Bi-Monthly Service (Every 2 Months)
    Requires a
    minimum of two (2) cleanings.
  • Quarterly Service (Every 3 Months)
    Requires a
    minimum of two (2) cleanings.
  • One-Time Service
    No commitment required.

After the minimum commitment has been satisfied, service may be canceled with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the next scheduled service date.


3. Pricing

Recurring Service Plans

Monthly Service (Every Month)

  • First bin: $19.95 per month
  • Each additional bin: $10.00 per month

Bi-Monthly Service (Every 2 Months)

  • First bin: $29.95 per cleaning
  • Each additional bin: $10.00 per cleaning

Quarterly Service (Every 3 Months)

  • First bin: $44.95 per cleaning
  • Each additional bin: $10.00 per cleaning

One Time Cleaning

  • First bin: $59.95
  • Each additional bin: $20.00

All pricing is subject to change with advance notice.


4. Acceptable & Prohibited Materials

Kastle Kleen will not clean bins that contain or are contaminated with:

  • Kitty litter or animal waste
  • Paint, paint residue, or paint cans
  • Oil, grease, or automotive fluids
  • Chemicals, corrosive materials, or hazardous waste
  • Construction debris, concrete, or similar materials
  • Any substance deemed unsafe or damaging to equipment

If prohibited materials are present, the bin will not be cleaned, and billing will continue as scheduled.


5. Trash Must Be Empty

Bins must be empty on the scheduled service day.

  • If trash remains in the bin, service will be skipped
  • Billing will continue as normal
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed cleanings due to trash remaining in the bin


6. Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are:

  • Placed curbside
  • Easily accessible
  • Not blocked by vehicles, gates, or other obstacles

If bins are inaccessible, service will be skipped and billing will continue.


7. Weather & Safety

Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Lightning
  • Flooding
  • Unsafe working conditions

Missed services due to weather will be rescheduled at the next available service opportunity.


8. Odor & Appearance Disclaimer

Kastle Kleen significantly improves cleanliness and odor; however:

  • Permanent stains
  • Plastic degradation
  • Long-term embedded odors

may not be fully removable and are not guaranteed.


9. Damage Disclaimer

Kastle Kleen is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing cracks or damage
  • Brittle or deteriorated plastic
  • Warped lids
  • Missing or damaged wheels
  • Normal wear and tear


10. Billing & Payment

  • Billing is automatic based on the selected service plan
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • Past-due balances may incur late fees


11. Right to Refuse Service

Kastle Kleen reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

  • Safety concerns
  • Repeated policy violations
  • Presence of prohibited materials
  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior


12. Modifications

These Terms & Conditions may be updated with notice. Continued service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
